About Me
1996 - I completed my medical degree and research in South Africa at the University of Stellenbosch.
1993 - I completed a degree in research in the physiology of Pneumothoraxes and the development of an anti-cancer drug for the treatment of malignant melanoma.
1996 - I completed my medical degree and became a General practitioner in 1997.
I then worked as a General practitioner in rural South Africa for one year and a second year in The Boland, the beautiful wine heartland of the Western cape.
1999 - I moved to the UK and immediately started my training in Psychiatry in North West London before I moved to Kent in 2004.
2007 - I became a Consultant Psychiatrist.
2011 - I became the East Kent Lead consultant.
2012 - I was made Assistant Medical Director in Kent and Medway Mental Health Trust. I am currently working as a NHS consultant in East Kent.
I have developed a specialist interest in various aspects of psychiatry including:

Drug and Alcohol addiction
I am available for assessments and treatment at clinics in Kings Hill and Canterbury.
